No company should be complete without a declaration of principles. We think our manifesto speaks volumes about what we believe and how we work.
We believe there is a better way to work with others, an honest way and transparent way. We don’t expect everyone to agree with our principles. Which is fine by us. We want to work with those who believe in the same things we do. What is important is putting our passion into our work, do business honestly and try and make things better off than they were given to us.

- Always set and reset expectations.
- Charge what it costs, not what you want to make.
- The client should own what they hire you to do.
- There is only an A-Team, no B-Team.
- Maintain a low overhead. Pass savings on to your client.
- Focus on what you excel at.
- Never use smoke and mirrors to win a client.
- Always be honest with yourself and your client.
- Do what you love. Love what you do.
- Don’t Lie.
